New York residents, businesses, and organizations need current information on practical energy conservation and cost-saving measures to maintain (or regain) financial security and vitality.
Producers and community leaders need information on policies as well as management alternatives that promote energy conservation to make informed investment and policy decisions.
Cornell Cooperative Extension is recognized in many communities as a credible source of research-based energy conservation and is positioned, with a statewide network of educators, to take the lead in education on residential energy efficiency and conservation.
