Onondaga county is rich is natural resources that affect our daily lives. Skaneateles Lake , which supplies unfiltered drinking water for the City of Syracuse, Oneida Lake is the largest lake fully inside of New York State’s borders and there are a diversity of tree species and habitats throughout the county. The FREE team works to improve water quality and support the development and management of healthy and sustainable urban and rural ecosystems.
