NYS Route 31 (The Great Road)
Route 31 was conceived by the Montezuma Bridge and Turnpike Company of 1819 with the road connecting Jordan and Weedsport. In Jordan the road intersected with the Jordan-Skaneateles Plank Road and the Jordan-Cato Plank Road. In the Village of Baldwinsville it intersected with the Onondaga Court House-Oswego Turnpike and the Westmoreland-Sodus Bay Turnpike.
